can i cancel my account

  i want to cancel my account and get a refund, but it seems that nothing happens when i try to do it at the site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry for the trouble! Do you want to cancel both your WordPress.com Premium plan and your domain kfvpictures.com?

  Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name entirely. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

  If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can move it instead: Move Your Domain to Another Host

  If you’re sure you want to cancel both, please let me know and I can take care of that for you.

  i’d like to cancel only the premium deal, and keep the domain kfvpictures with the free wordpress.

  Sure thing! I cancelled and refunded only the WordPress.com Premium plan. You can find the receipt for that refund in your account’s Billing History.

  i made an email forward and i got a question about that.
  Is there a possibility to get the email address as a working email that i could also send emails with? Or is it only for the forwarding?

  If you’d like full email service, you can set that up with another email provider (like Zoho Mail, Google Apps, Microsoft Office 365) and link that service to your domain. That way you can send and receive email at that address.
