Can I cancel Upgrade?

  cancelling upgrade and finding out what auto pay credit card is on file

  Hi there,

  You can disable your Auto-Renew by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard. I don’t have access to the credit card on your file for security reasons. There will also be a link to add Credit Card.

  Alternatively, if you have a credit card saved, under Users > Personal Settings > Account Details, you will be able to find Stored Credit Card Details and change or remove it there.

  Sure! Please go to Store > My Upgrades and click Disable Auto-renew. You will not be charged going forward and your site will revert back to 3GB of space.

  I tried to disable auto-renew but it was not working earlier today. Now, it says renewing. Could I please cancel the auto-renew and upgrade so I just have the basic account?

  Hi Nathan,

  Sorry about that! I have voided the transaction (meaning that it should not go through – it may just be a temporary transaction, but should soon disappear!). I have disabled the Auto-renewal as requested!
