Can I change my domain mapping without incurring another $13 charge?

    Folks,

    I have two registered domain names (toddhdow.com and toddhdow.org) and toddhdow.org is currently mapped to my toddhdow.wordpress.com blog. I want to change the domain name that is mapped to my wordpress from toddhdow.org to toddhdow.com. I paid for my domain mapping last month for toddhdow.org and want to know if I can switch it to the .com domain without incurring an additional $13 fee.

    Thoughts on how to accomplish this?
