  Hi, I would like to change my blog’s url from hypnagogicjerk.wordpress.com to hypnicjerk.wordpress.com. Can I do that? Thank you.

  To change a blog URL ending in wordpress.com, please follow these steps. Another alternative is to purchase a custom domain name to take “wordpress” out of the domain altogether.
