Can I change the domain that's pointed to my WordPress.com blog?

  I have a domain pointed to my WordPress.com, and the DNS records are hosted with WordPress.com. I would like to transfer the DNS back to my registar, and map only a subdomain (of the same domain) to my blog.

  For example, say mydomain.com is used as my primary domain at WordPress.com. I would like to use this domain with another website, and use something like blog.mydomain.com with WordPress.com.

  Is it possible to just change the domain? Or do I have to buy another Domain upgrade?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
