Can I count the amount of likes per post, of which others have posted?

    I have a private blog and have a multiple people who can edit, etc. After someone has posted, I would like to know the amount of likes per post so that I could do a kind of post of the week or month, etc.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    If you log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard and go to Posts–> All Posts. At the top of the list of posts, there are a number of different headings, Title, Author, Categories, etc. One of them is a star. That is the “likes” column. The number listed there for any post is the number of likes it has received.
