can i delete a registered domain

  from looking at my ‘billing history’ I purchased a domain mapping on 2012/09/24 01:04 paypal id of 2L292292JD556404W, however it does not appear on ‘My upgrades’ and I am not sure why. Either way, as I am less than 48 hours from purchasing domain mapping, would I be able to have a refund and delete that registered domain of sushiyaa.com? Thanks
