Can I delete all content from my older blogs and keep everything else?

  I want to delete the content for smartnewscanada and rafrogblog. Can I delete all the content for these two blogs and keep all the rest?

  I just changed the blog url for the smartnewscanada blog. I want to keep that url but get rid of all the content for the smartnewscanada.
