    User can signup via the form and the user email, name can save in my own database?

    By the way, does wordpress.com business plan provide any database service?

    Does wordpress.com support API key login?

    On our Business Plan you can use any plugin developed for the WordPress software, yes, including custom plugins you write yourself. That is, as long as the plugin does not do something that causes a conflict with our systems:

    We do not provide direct access to your site’s database or source files on any plan on WordPress.com.

    Does wordpress.com support API key login?

    I’m not sure what you are asking here. You can find detailed documentation on the WordPress.com REST API at https://developer.wordpress.com/docs/api/, but we don’t provide support for the API in these forums.
