Can I download a document for it to post as a blog

    Dear WordPress, I’m wondering if it is possible to download a document in the form of a journal from a wordperfect program on my laptop (about 4-5 pages long). The journal is just a short excerpt from a larger document chronicling some of my experiences on a little vacation I am now taking. I would like to know if it is possible to download this document into a blogpost through a browser. I am not too computer savvy and I’m not sure if it is possible to copy a document from my laptop as a blogpost on wordpress. If this is possible/permissable, could you please run me through the motions of how to do so, and if it is not possible, might you be able to refer me to a site where I can download a document as a blogpost on another site. I usually just post status updates on FB, and their site does not appear to allow any downloads other than pics and the like. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, sameoldalfred.

    You want to past into your post – see below – I use the box to the left of the Word that has the “T” on it for Open Office text

    You can also upload an Open Office file but then you would put a link to the file in your Post –
