can I edit my site name?

  my site title has 2015 in it and i would like to change it to 2016 is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, if it is a WordPress.com site. What is the address (URL) of the site you are referring to? See the Changing Your Site Title and Tagline section of the General Settings support page.
