Can I export my followers to a list on mailchimp?

  I need to export all the followers I have from the blog into a list on mailchimp. The only way I can figure out how to do it is to copy and paste the contacts into an exel file then upload it. Once I have this list I also need to tag all the people who have commented on the blog and what their interests are from their comments. Is it possible to do this?
