Can I export WordPress.com to Webs.com?

  I understand that I can export the contents of my WordPress.com blog to another website. But I need to know to which ones. Can I import WP content to Webs.com, for example? I’d rather leave WordPress.com (and put my site in private) for a new site than go to WordPress.org. And I want a free web hoster. I’m thinking of using Starszz as well.
