Can I forward my $69.00 theme or get a refund?

    Hi, I just started using WP and I purchased the organisation theme about 2 weeks ago on: http://stevienoah.wordpress.com, but soon found I would need hosting for what I needed, so I bought http://www.stevienoah.com and I am using WP through GoDaddy hosted. Would it be possible to transfer my $69.00 “Organisation” theme over to my new hosted WordPress site, so I don’t waste all the money? Or get a refund? What else is possible here? Thank you for your help!

    Hi there,

    Premium themes are not able to be transferred or downloaded from WordPress.com. However, since you’re still within the 30-day refund period, you can cancel your theme purchase for a full refund.

    You can cancel purchases by going to Store > My Upgrades in your site’s dashboard and clicking the “Cancel and Refund” link. Just follow the instructions on screen to complete the process.

    The theme’s author, Organic Themes, offers a WordPress.org version of that theme called the Non-Profit Theme. You can purchase that theme for your self-hosted site here: http://www.organicthemes.com/theme/non-profit-theme/
