can i get a refund from an upgrade?

  I was having a hard time uploading a video (from my digital slr). As soon as I’d press upload…nothing would happen. So..i purchased VideoPress for $60 thinking it would solve this problem and it didnt. It appears uploading vids to wordpress is going to be harder than i thought (I am not very compute savvy). Is there any way I can get a refund? I dont see myself ever using video press unless i get hands on tutorial. Or..am I just SOL?

  You need videopress AND the space upgrade, I believe.

  I generally recommend uploading it to YouTube anyway. Bigger potential audience.

  Thanks so much raincoaster. Yes … i ended up just posting it on youtube. But in future, I will try the space upgrade as well. Cheers!
