can I get a refund or part refund

    I have paid to have a customisable blog on wordpress and now I realise that because I want to use plug ins I should have gone with wordpress.org can I get a refund

    There is a 30 day window for refunds. However, as you purchased the upgrade in August, that would not apply in this situation.

    You can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:

    Change a Domain’s Name Servers

    You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
