Can I get into legal trouble if my Site’s title is copying someone else’s?

As far as I know, my site title is an original. However, because im not proficient on checking trademarks, I am not 100% sure if there is already a, ‘(Insert Site title Here)’ out there. Im really new to this stuff. If there is already an established site out there with the same title, could i get into trouble? Furthermore, it should be obvious, but i have no ill intent. Just a bit ignorant on the subject of creating websites. Thank you very much.

I don’t think you have to worry about your site’s title as long as you produce original content and do not copy-paste it from another site.
If a site address is already taken, you won’t be able to register it.
