Can I get my old website theme/appearance back?

    Hi there,

    I recently changed the website theme I had held for a few years now to a new one and have not been able to get my old website theme back since changing it. While I understand that my former website may be outdated per current WordPress standards, I simply cannot navigate the back-end as I used to be able to. I cannot upload pictures, photo’s or adjust it to my needs. Is it in anyway possible to go back to the theme I had?
