Can I import my iWeb blog to WordPress?

  I would like to move my blog made with iWeb to WordPress. I have followed the instruction described in this following post: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/iweb-to-wordpress-1?replies=2#post-763599
  I have so far 2 files to import. Can you please help?
