  Not exactly that, but the WordPress.com Like button is very similar: http://en.support.wordpress.com/likes/

  We also have a separate Ratings system: http://en.support.wordpress.com/ratings/

  I do use both but I was talking about a third party button.

  No, we don’t have a way to add a third-party button like that at this time.
