Can I install plugins (specifically LearnDash) with the Explorer upgrade?

  I want to install LearnDash, and I know I need a site upgrade. Do I need the $300 Explorer upgrade or will I be able to do this with the $100/year Creator upgrade? Thank you.

  To be able to use third party plugins, you must upgrade to the Creator Plan.
