Can I link a comment posted on a blog off account onto my account?

  I was on a mobile device and forgot to sign in before posting. So the comment was not attributed to my wordpress account under my existing user name which I would like it to be under my existing user name. Can this be fixed?

  Not really. You could ask the blog owner to edit the comment, but the simplest thing is just to reply to your own comment saying “D’oh! Forgot to sign in so you know who it really is!”
