Can i make a thread and where?

    Can i make a thread consist of getting referral from ptc or autosurf programs on wordpress?

    Maybe on Off topic sites?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    A PTC (Pay to Click) on your blog will get is suspended as they are against the Terms of Service.

    well i do want to get referral from that site to increase benefits.
    and i wonder if i can do it somewhere

    but maybe not here on wordpress.com hehe…..
