  No, at this time the stats are only available to the blog users.

  Sorry, I apologize, there is a Blog Stats widget which you can add via Appearance -> Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard, but it’s just a counter and not the full Stats interface.

  There are also Top Posts & Pages and Top Clicks widgets which report what their counterparts report in the Stats interface.
