Can I move a secondary blog from my account to a new account w/ same URL/title?

  I created a (free) blog for a friend [fancysowndamnblog.wordpress.com] while I was logged into my own (upgraded) blog [sinc-heartoftexas.com]. Consequently, my friend has no account of her own, under her own name; her blog is a secondary under my account/username/password. I would like to move her blog from my account to a separate (new) account in her name.

  I would also like to use the same URL and title for the new account that I set up for her in my account.

  Is there a way to do move her blog while retaining the same URL and title currently set up for her? Or will I have to start over with a completely new URL and name for her blog in her new account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
