Can I pay with premium monthly?

  I’ve decided that I’ve wanted to use the premium upgrading plan. It also mentions paying monthly, however, I cant seem to pay monthly, it says I have to pay the full amount.
  Is paying monthly EVEN POSSIBLE !???

  Currently we only offer our plans at the annual rate.
