  How can I create a post and stop the automatic notifiaction to followers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no easy way to do that. After all, people generally want their followers to visit their site.

  However, you can set your whole site to be “private”, publish your post, and then set your site to be public again.
