Can I regain a previous website I designed?

  I started a website a few years back for Hitchcock and Broadland United Methodist churches in South Dakota and the pastor who replaced me let it lapse by not renewing it. Is there any way I can get the rights to that site so that I can change it over to the church I am serving now and redo it?

  If you are still an Admin of the blog, nothing is stopping you from logging in and taking it over. Even if the domain name lapses, the blog continues to exist unless an admin has deleted it.
