    Can I reverse a domain refund that was recently made?

    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to reverse a refund, no – once we process a refund we no longer have control over those funds, so there’s no way for us to get it back from your bank again.

    I assume you want to get back the domain, lauranearandfar.com, that you recently cancelled with us?

    Do you want to use the domain with us or somewhere else? If you want to use it with us, a paid plan is required, so go to My Site ->Plans and buy a plan for your site again. Let me know once you’ve done that, and I can restore the domain to your account.

    If you want to use it somewhere else, I can send you a link to pay for the domain, but it would be simpler to just wait. As you cancelled the domain within the refund period, it will be deleted completely in a few days’ time, at which point it should become available again to register. At that point you can then register it directly at the provider where you want to use it.
