Can I revive a URL if I deleted it myself?

    I was trying to change my blog URL dizzydailies.wordpress.com to thedailynudge.wordpress.com, but i accidentally made a new blog bearing that URL. when I tried to free it up, i didn’t know it was going to delete the URL forever! I thought it would only delete the blog. Is it possible to reclaim the URL if it was the same user who deleted it?
