can i stop my pictures appearing twice?

  on all of my posts, my picture appears once with the title and then again underneath, is there a way i can stop this?

  I think that is because you have put them in the post AND made them Featured. Just put them in the post.

  as far as i knew, i was just putting them in the post, to be honest i dont know how to make them a feature aswell. is there any way i can delete one of each of the dupilcated photos on my blog that are already there?
