Can I switch the URL and Title of Blog to my other blog, that has the posts I want to keep?

  Hi there,
  I have had the blog ‘becauseimissingyou.wordpress.com’ for a few years, and I started a new blog to focus on health. This blog is titled ‘The Little Fit Sis’. However, things have taken a turn, and have resorted back to focusing on personal mental health experiences. I already have public posts on that blog that I would like to keep up, with their dates, and comments. Is there any way that I can switch the URL and the title of of ‘The Little Fit Sis’ to ‘Because I’m Missing You’? And then perhaps delete the old ‘Because I’m Missing You’ indefinitely?
