Can I switch to the Classic Editor without the use of a plugin?
-
I need help to switch to the old Classic editor as I prefer that editor compared to the new block editor. I find it troublesome on using the new block editor. Because I’m on free plan, I cannot switch using a plugin. Can I still switch to the old classic editor?

To restore the Classic Editor, follow the steps under “Will I still be able to use the old editor?” at https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/#frequently-asked-questions
We do recommend the new editor though, and we have some extensive documentation available at https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/

Hi there,
Of what site are you speaking?
The site linked in your post above, https://jmgroblox.wordpress.com/, does not match the content appearing in your screen shot, and that site is already set to use the classic editor.
If you’re speaking of a different site you created recently, that site likely has one of our new block-editor themes activated. Those themes were built specifically for the block editor, and contains features that won’t work in the classic editor, so the classic editor cannot be enabled if you’re using one of those themes.
In that case, switch the site to one of our older themes, and you’ll be able to switch the editor to the classic editor.

Yes, I apologise. As I have multiple sites. The site I am talking about is https://ecoprotect.home.blog
Thanks for your help.

That’s because the site is using the Professional Business theme, which was built specifically for the new editor and therefore you can’t switch to the classic editor.
The only option here would be to choose a new theme: https://wordpress.com/themes
