Can I sync my wordpress blog and my web page?

  I have an own web: http://www.estabaelseñordongato.es and I’d like to link my wordpress blog and my webpage. Is it possible? I’d love to write in my wordpress app in my iPhone and automaticly publish my blog in both estabaelsenordongato.wordpress.com and http://www.estabaelseñordongato.es. Thanks
