We don’t accept incoming domain transfers at this time, but you’re welcome to map an existing domain to your WordPress.com blog:
http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, and doesn’t have anything to do with whether a blog’s domain name ends in .COM or .ORG.
