Can I transfer followers from my old blog to my new blog?

  I recently created a new blog through WordPress. Am I able to transfer my 450ish followers from my old blog (also WordPress) to my new blog, or will they all have to manually follow the new blog? Thank you!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  From what I see, you moved your blog from http://lostgenerationreader.com/ to a new blog at http://jmillwanders.com/ — are those followers from lostgenerationreader.com the ones you want to move to your new blog? If so, I can transfer them for you so they don’t have to manually follow the new blog. :) I just want to be sure I’m transferring the right folks to the right blog for you!
