Can i transfer my site to another user?

  I had to make a site under my schools icampus site, but would like to change it to my personal site and it doesn’t seem to follow the process you have on your support page.

  What is the URL of your icampus site? Or did you mean icampus account? Our support page provides step by step instructions on how to make that transfer:
