can I transfer my wordpress.com email subscribers to a new self hosted website?

  Hello. I have recently created another website that is self hosted. Is it possible to get my wordpress.com email list so I can transfer it over to the new site where I am using a MailChimp subscribers form? Thanks

  You can transfer your WordPress.com Followers and email followers from your WordPress.com blog to your Jetpack site by following the instructions here:
  http://jetpack.me/support/subscription-migration-tool/
