  Hi
  I am looking at a theme I have bought but I am not sure if want to use WP yet. can I load up the theme to look at it before I decide to buy??

  You can’t upload a theme on the Free Plan. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan. A possible solution would be to install wordpress.org locally.
