Can I upgrade plan on a prorated basis?

    If I pay for a year of the premium service and then decide I need the business plan, will I be able to upgrade for the remainder of the year prorated?

    Hi there,

    Provided your Premium Plan is not near expiration, if you upgrade from Premium to Business you pay the difference of cost between the two plans, and the new Business Plan will be valid from a full year from the date of the second upgrade. So there is no pro-rated pricing, as you don’t lose any time on either plan. In fact, you will effectively receive the time you’d already used on the Premium Plan for free.
