Can I upload non-WP theme to this account?

I have a $99 premium hosting account with you guys. I am currently using a WP theme. I have built another site on a non-WP theme. Can I replace these sites or do you have limitations on what kinds of sites are hosting with this account? Is there some sort of cPanel?
Please write me ASAP. I sent a ticket in yesterday and no one responded.

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
