  Can I use my domain in your website design and host and word press and security
  My domain ended with ( .jo )
  If i wont to buy my-card.jo from my country

  It is not possible to transfer a .jo domain to WordPress.com, but you can use it with a site hosted on our servers using our domain mapping upgrade:
