Can my blog be viewed and managed from China?

I’m in the US now so I can access WordPress.com. I would like to migrate my current website to WordPress.com however I’m worried it will be an issue in China (it’s blocked). Please advise what I should do in order to make this happen. Thanks.

Some users have reported difficulty accessing WordPress.com in China.
