Can not access my website!!!!!!!

  I apparently have 3 accts. One is my 14 pg website called Mobility4Africa.wordpress.com which I am not able to get password access. I made the mistake of moving my website to dreamhost and now it is one page and totally messed up and I need to point it back if you can help me with these two issues I would really appreciate it please discontinue my empty websites with WordPress and keep my 14 page website which is mobility for Africa. WordPress.com and help me get the password so I can make changes to it I’ve been asking you this for over a month and a half and I’m going in circles changing my password every other day and trying to change it and I keep getting an empty website please help me with this thank you very much.
