Can not access the website

    Hi,

    For the past 4 years I have been accessing the WordPress portal by adding the suffix /wp-admin at the end of the URL and I would be connected to the portal to make changes. I could no longer log in this way.

    I tried to use my username and password, and I couldn’t access the portal either.

    The website is now down and available on search engine results but goes straight to error page after clicking.

    Could you please advise what should I do ? and why my username, password login stopped working ?

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. In your case, that host appears to be Hostgator.
