Can not build the page

Ok, so I am an idiot when it comes to this but my daughter said that ‘Bluehost shows the website, and that the domain is published and purchased, but will not load in the builder and the url leads to an error page saying the website can not be reached. The error says to check if there is a typo. When I 1st purchased, I was able to start building, but wanted to come back at a later time to edit. Now I am not able to edit at all!

First of all, you’re not an idiot. Nobody goes to college for this stuff, so you’re not exactly expected to know what to do right out of the gate! :)
Sadly though, we can’t help directly because we don’t actually host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. In this case the differences are great enough that we’re not able to help, but the good news is that your host should be able to help with connecting your URL to your site.
