Can not change my password

I am having trouble changing my password on Word Press. My name on the account is DONALD and I lost the password for it. I do not receive any emails from you when I try to change the password and not sure which email I used before. (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) Thanks for your help

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
