Can not change site title tagline and description on google search

Hi, I am having trouble changing the way my site description, title, and tagline comes up in google search results. I’ve tried everything I could find to change it, but nothing is working.
The site I need help with is picklepolo.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.
