CAN NOT CUSTOMIZE AT ALL

    So this website is really old and I did some updating to newer versions. And it will not let me go into the themes to edit at all. There is nothing that comes up except this when I click on customize, “Edit widget: Mailjet Subscription Widget Add widget: Mailjet Subscription Widget Edit Add Mailjet Subscription Widget

    The Mailjet Widget is installed and active however it gives me this alert.
    One thing to note, this website is supported by one of the themes from Elegant Themes and the subscription has expired.
    Could this be the issue that I when I click to customize it gives me absolutely nothing?
