Can not get site on line.

    I had a free site with WordPress for Homeless Chronicles. It expired and I wanted to renew and I have paid for a site and now it wants me to design one. It was already designed I just want to bring it back up. HELP.

    Worse yet. When I click on my photo it tells me I don’t have a site yet. You had just sent an email to update my contact information. I seem to be lost to everyone. HELP

    I do not see any sites under your @amundsondeborah68 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
